At Trinity Health Medical Group, Rheumatology – East Paris, we provide outstanding care for patients with immune-mediated rheumatic diseases. Our expe¬rienced rheumatologists specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases. Sometimes our role is to “solve the riddle” and determine if there is an underlying immunologic disease that is causing a person’s symptoms. Other times the problem is already defined, and we work to integrate medical interventions to control the disease process. In all cases we stive to help patients understand their health problems and feel more in control managing their rheumatic disease.

- Psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and related conditions
- Systemic lupus erythematosus
- Scleroderma, Raynaud’s phenomenon, interstitial lung disease and related conditions
- ANCA related vasculitis and giant cell arteritis
- Difficult to control gout
- Related inflammatory disorders that require expert immunomodulator therapy
