Alyssa has always been very nice and explains everything she is doing.
Alyssa is always a good listener but then she always shares updated ideas for any issues I’m having - she gave me a lead on some topical cream for my neuropathy that seems to be helping others patients that is made through a compounding pharmacy. I actually got a call today from them and they will be sending it my way in the updating days. Again, I appreciate that they listen and then help no matter what the issue.
Alyssa was very personable and open to all my concerns. She conducted the pelvic exam quickly, walking me through the procedure before she started it and giving me a heads up as she went along. The MA was also in the room, holding my hand, to give me extra comfort as I was anxious.

Regarding my appt with A Sanders Rios, PA, she spent a lot of time with me. I had printed off the results for my CT Scan and Blood test and had some questions needing clarification. She was wonderful and answered every question I had. I apologize if I kept her longer than scheduled, I wanted to make certain I understood all results so I could continue to work toward future positive results. I feel engaging with and partnering with my doctor and her team is very important.
