If you wait more than 30 minutes in the waiting room an explanation should be given to a patient. It was busy, it was afternoon but acknowledging the wait would be bonus points to the staff.

He always made himself available anytime my dad needed to see him and provides advice and instruction in a manner that’s easy for us to understand. Dr. Maynard, who is not my primary physician, had clearly looked deep into my chart and it showed when speaking to him about my problem. This helped with the overall time of my appointment and I was in and out rather quickly. When my primary Dr. retires I would by happy to switch to Dr. Maynard.

Dr. Ben Maynard does the impossible - coordinates my care with dozens of other med practices/practitioners & dozens of medications
Dr. Maynard ordered blood tests and a chest xray, which I went to get after my meeting with him ended. After 5 pm that evening Dr. Maynard called me at home to report that he examined the test results and that nothing to worry about was found. He said he wanted me to be at ease over the weekend. To me, this was exceptional service.
