I have only had one appt with this doctor, so very hard to rate. But I understood what he said. But, dealing with him on patient portal is confusing. Im not sure if I'm to schedule appts or someone else is doing it.
Only negative was appointment was for 1:50 pm but didn’t see doctor until almost 2:30 pm

It was my first appointment with Dr. Ruwende. Unfortunately, I am going through a lot of personal issues, and I suddenly broke down, feeling extremely embarrassed. He was so kind, and understanding, while letting me get myself composed to get on with our appointment. He didn’t rush me or leave the room. I’d highly recommend him. He also took the time to explain my medical condition, and what we would be doing going forward. He even asked me if I had any questions. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
