He was very knowledgeable, kind and conservative, not wanting to give an injection before trying a couple weeks of exercise and a 14 day pain med. He also set up an office appointment for one month if the bursitis pain still exists.

This was my first time getting an RFA procedure without being sedated, and I was pretty anxious prior to the appointment. Dr. Hakopian made sure I was comfortable and I was able to go through the procedure with very little pain! My recovery has also been better than my other RFA procedures in the past, and I am so grateful!
Dr. H. was sorry that the injections did not help my spine pain. But I believe he did everything he could to help. And I was told BEFORE the injections that the outcome of the injections had a 50/50 chance of success.
Wonderful experience- went far better than expected. I was nervous for my injection and the team helped me calm down and get through it.

I received a pain free cortisone injection.
It took me a month to see him and I was in discomfort. Slept in a chair for month and still sleeping in a chair. He has given me hope with the plan.
Will get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time.

Dr. H. is very caring and listens to my concerns. He is also honest about the outcomes of my treatment. I really appreciate that. He gives me my options and lets me choose. Although my first injection did not work quite as expected, I understood perfectly beforehand that it may or may not work.

Dr. Hakopian is awesome. He was very thorough regarding my pain. He was conservative and cautious in performing injections since the pain had decreased. He suggested PT and home exercise as an alternative and it seems to be working. So thankful for his professional wisdom
