He was condescending, unpleasant, talked down to me. I would not see him again, a very poor fit for me. The office staff, on the other hand, was professional and polite. I would see another doctor at the practice.

Loved how Dr Heidt explained what my condition was, that it wasn’t urgent, and that I could take some time to decide. Gave me relief to know I didn’t need to run to surgery if I didn’t want to.

Dr Heidt presented his case for not getting surgery very well.. He could not have made his opinions clearer. Any concerns were quickly responded to. We agreed with him. He ended by suggesting that having surgery would increase my chances of complications.. And he kindly demonstratied a method to use in calming and relaxing the hernia. We were welcomed to call him with any future concernsWe liked him.😊

I had a sad experience with this provider and would not recommend his care to any loved ones. He displayed disrespectful verbal and nonverbal communication and spoke to me in a condescending tone. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and I left the office crying because of the care he provided.

Dr. H. answered my questions and quickly decided to refer me for a needle biopsy. I wish my primary provider had been clearer when instructing me to schedule a “biopsy” so I could have scheduled the right kind of biopsy. Dr. H. was patient and kind in regard to this error .
