I only met with her twice but both encounters were good.
I'm usually uncomfortable with doctors. They don't provide enough explanation, and I've personally found it challenging to receive good patient care until now. Although healthy for the most part, I appreciate Dr. Williams approach, explanations, and patience. She is a good match to my health needs, and I'm thankful to have a doctor who doesn't rush in the room, give a script, and exit without any concern for my well-being. I left feeling cared for, and now I know things about me medically that weren't clearly explained.

I didn't feel like this provider connected with me well- I had laid everything out for her- lab test results, the questions that i had- to make it a more efficient visit and to focus on my concerns but she didn't really acknowledge how invested i was in the visit with her. I've had mixed visits with her in the past, maybe I just was there on an "off" day.

See above. I will add that she does not rush, and spends time as needed by and for the patient. I am sure she has dozens of appointments tugging at her sleeve each day but she never lets the patient feel that.
