Dr. Shafer is very easy to talk with and he actually listens to his patients!!!!!! He is honest and truthful. He is also very compassionate. To bad all Drs. aren't like him.

Having requested an exam for a Veterans' Admin. evaluation, I'd been referred to Dr. Shafer for this one-time appointment. However, upon learning that my records had actually been transferred to him after my former cariologist left the practice, I agreed to continue as Dr. Shafer's patient after this first appointment. I'm glad I did. I'm very satisfied with this drecision and
