Jaclyn Randel, MD, FASAM, FAAFP, is board-certified in addiction medicine and family medicine. Dr. Randel is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. She began her career as a family physician and explored her clinical interest in addiction medicine by gaining additional experience in treating patients with addiction.

There is not enough good things I could say about Dr. Randel! She has helped me while at my worst and continues to support me as I navigate recovery. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful she has been! Being an addict, I have experienced the stigmas and stereotypes that doctors can have -- some of it you wouldn't believe. Dr. Randel is a breath of fresh air.

I think I gave a wrong rating on one of the questions about how easy my appointment was to get. It was easy. I didn’t realize I didn’t have an appointment so I had to call last min.

The doctor/patient relationships is pretty important. Dr. Jackie Randel, is empathetic and honest. I have been to some really bad and really good doctors. Dr. Randel is honest, smart and caring. That's a very good quality to have, as a doctor.
