He may be over booked but is always late to join and has not showed up twice now. Always seems to be in a rush and I get the feeling he has his mind already made up before we speak. I personally don't get the feeling he cares about what is going on with me and I know I am unique and am difficult to help because of how rare my situation is

I'm very happy with this office & staff. They are warm, welcoming, friendly and kind. I basically had to calll 2x/day @3 days because no one had it. They called me back promptly and communicated clearly because there were some issues with my Medicade & the pharmacy staff helped me big time also.
Dr. Michael Francis had compassion and understood me as a human being without the stigma that is out there. I was very defensive at first and he kindly said," maybe we are not a good fit" and was like,"obviously not", but then I realized that I reacted to something I did not even let him explain. I apologized, he accepted and explained what he thought in such a manner where he involved me fully in his decision to treat me and explained everything to me in such a great manner, that I fully understood his position and concerns. Mike always calms me down when I am stressing out about my pain and how high is is going! He reminds me that we have been in this state before and we got it back under control! I worry about how much longer I will be able to live like this! And he reminds me they are always coming up with new treatments and that things will get worked out!
