Tauqir Goraya, MD, PhD is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular computed tomography and echocardiography. Dr. Goraya brings nearly 15 years of practice and extensive clinical research experience as a cardiologist. He has been a principal investigator in a variety of cardiac trials. His clinical interests include advanced non-invasive/multimodality imaging, complex valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy and pericardial disease. Dr. Goraya also has additional training in adult comprehensive echocardiography, cardiovascular computed tomography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Goraya is the founding member of the Society of Cardiovascular CT and is currently the President of Michigan Heart.
